A large segment of manufacturers throughout Western WI, SE Minnesota, and NE Iowa are growing more concerned about the lack of skilled manufacturing workers. As baby boomers retire, there are fewer and fewer people entering the manufacturing field to replace these workers. How can our companies continue to prosper, if they do not have the workforce they need?

The Upper Mississippi Manufacturing Alliance Members are a group of manufacturers, working with educational institutions, workforce development boards, chambers of commerce, and state organizations to promote manufacturing in our growing regions.
